Pre-Order Items Policy

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase ahead of their expected arrival.

• The estimated shipping timeframe for each pre-order item is displayed below the “Add to Bag” button at the time of purchase.
• These timeframes are estimates only and may change due to factors outside our control, including supplier delays, manufacturing issues, or shipping disruptions.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order.
• Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
• Click & Collect for pre-order items will only be available once the stock has arrived in-store.
• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we can ship them separately at your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If there is a significant delay or change to the expected delivery timeframe, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding a pre-order, please reach out to our customer service team before or after placing your order.
